YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our global Instant Payments Team, you will work as a Scrum Master with various Squads while collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders inside and outside the bank, e.g. our clients & central banks.
You are expected to contribute to our vision, understand the product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building an engineering, entrepreneurial and agile culture within our squads and the whole tribe.
We expect our Scrum Masters to be servant leaders and passionate about continuously improving our squads, remove impediments and enable them to deliver resilient high quality software. You must have hands-on experience working with agile software development teams and have profound insights on Models & Frameworks (e.g. Spotify, SAFe, LESS) to scale agile teams in a global enterprise environment. Furthermore, you can get engaged in our banks agile transformation journey and become a key driver for the Corporate Bank division.
