SKILLS:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e. g. PSM, CSM)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing teams in agile practices
  • Strong motivation to work together with teams and managers to continuously improve the product develpment process and organizational processes
  • Excellent communicaton and moderation skills as well as high level of empathy paired with leadership skills in cross-functional teams
  • English at C1 level, German is an advantage

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, you will be at the heart of our agile transformation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and Coaching: Serve as Scrum Master for two agile teams, guiding and coaching them in agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization, helping them to grow and improve.
  • Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Take ownership for the preparation and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Refinements, ensuring they are productive and focused.
  • Removing Impediments: Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the product backlog and user stories, facilitating effective prioritization and task management.
  • Tracking and Communication: Track team progress and metrics, and communicate these to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Culture of Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration within the team.
  • Agile Advocacy: Promote and advocate for agile best practices within the team and across the organization, driving a broader agile transformation.
