WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

• Promote agile working methods and mindset both through daily actions and proposed practices;
• Assist the Product Owner in clarifying objectives, prioritizing them, and consistently managing the backlog;
• Facilitate the change approval process;
• Ensure the entire team knows, understands, and commits to the objectives;
• Maintain an open, pleasant, and productive working atmosphere within the team;
• Support the transparency and resolution of impediments at the squad/stream/tribe level;
• Inspire a mindset within the team based on continuous improvement and finding actionable solutions to encountered problems.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

• Experience as a Scrum Master in large companies, working simultaneously with multiple squads;
• Scrum Master certification;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• University degree;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Openness, flexibility;
• Inclination towards working with people, observing and shaping group/team dynamics.
