Job Description
Role: Scrum Master - Software and system development - Swedish and English Speaking
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Duration: 6-12 Months
Description: We’re looking for a senior Scrum master to start as soon as possible, to ensure that the team works according to new agile ways of working (SAFe) and has this support ahead of the upcoming PI planning in September.
The Scrum master needs to have solid experience of leading agile ceremonies, being a servant leader and a coach to the teams using agile principles, challenging the team as well as supporting the Agile Product Owner in managing the backlog according to priorities and scope.
The consultant is required to work from L40, Swedbank’s office in Sundbyberg, on Wednesdays and preferably on more days throughout the week. Requirement to speak both Swedish and English.
