REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, especially in managing large teams with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
Experience in traditional project management and quality management is welcome.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile tools and techniques.
Knowledge of English at an advanced level.

• Monitor team progress and manage backlog.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements.
• Resolve obstacles and issues that may impact team effectiveness.

• Ensuring that the team’s work meets established standards and deadlines.
