Responsibilities:
KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:
- Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- You will demonstrate knowledge and experience of Service and Claims, ideally in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment and the using agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Strong, proven leadership skills
- Technical knowledge or some familiarity with approaches, tooling and languages (exles could include PLSQL, .net, Python, R, C#, test automation frameworks, Azure Dev Ops, Snowflake etc)
- BCS BA certification or equivalent industry certifications (desired) such as Certified Scrum Master accreditation.
