Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices to ensure adherence.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team’s progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on delivering high-quality software.
- Maintain and track Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create user stories, use cases, and detailed functional requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets the business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process flows, data models, and interface designs.
