Responsible for an optimal performance of its scrum team and for ensuring that the Agile Scrum framework, practices and values are used.

1) Experience with the Agile Methodology, preferably as Scrum Master

• Monitoring the delivery team
• Supporting the Product Owner for maintaining product backlog
• Assisting with internal and external communication
• Address and solve cross team impediments with the Product Owner, Release Manager.
• Facilitating discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge in agile model, scrum, kanban etc.
• Knowledge in agile tool, Rally, VSTS, JIRA or similar tools. JIRA is preferred.

2) Reviewing the business requirements and documenting it as user stories in JIRA and/or ServiceNow
3) Work with product owners in grooming the backlog
4) Clarifying the requirements to technical team, SDLC
5) Doing system testing of deliverables and prepare for UAT
6) Reporting -Develop and generate the data quality metrics for the project.
7) Experience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc. Test tools like QMetry
8) Excellent English communication and writing skills
9) Proactive attitude.
