Founded in 1911 and with offices in most of the world and well over 250,000 staff, you will be playing a critical role within this global tech giant as well as a vital role within the UK and Global Defence industry.
In this role, the successful Scrum Master will be responsible for management of agile software development, daily stand-ups, sprint planning as well as contributing to the overall continuous improvement, proposing innovative solutions and keeping ahead of the competition in terms of emerging trends, technologies and software solutions .
The ideal Scrum Master would have enhanced development vetting on application, with experience with OOP languages and Data & Analytics are local to either Manchester, Gloucester, London and Southampton, and happy to travel to local TOP SECRET sites as/when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily stand-ups, sprint planning.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Innovate solutions and remain ahead of the curve and emerging technologies.
  • Delegate individual tasks and manage SDLC.
