Your role is to drive the (digital) transformation of Financial Institutions, guiding our clients into the future with agility, creativity, and speed. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience within an Agile (or Scaled Agile) team/environment.
  • Embody and promote Agile values and principles within the team and organization.
  • Knowledge/Certification of an agile framework or method (such as Scrum)
  • Ability to plan and problem solve in collaboration with product management and delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills, fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Optimization: Guide the team in identifying strengths and weaknesses, fostering individual and collective development.
  • Promoting Agility: Play a key role in promoting agile methods, creating a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
  • Obstacle Management: Work with the team to remove obstacles to development, ensuring smooth progress.
  • Organizing and Running Scrum Ceremonies: Coordinate Scrum Ceremonies to ensure transparent and effective collaboration.
  • Supporting the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement, maintaining a clear vision of the product backlog.
  • Leading Retrospectives: Drive retrospectives, stimulating a continuous improvement process.
  • Agile Coaching and Mentoring: Guide the team towards Agile adoption and maturity, positively influencing even experienced members.
  • Natural Leadership: Embody natural leadership, building trusting relationships with the team and positively influencing stakeholders.
  • Team Protection: Act as a bulwark for the team, protecting them from external distractions for maximum focus on objectives.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile Principles: Master Lean and Agile principles, applying them pragmatically in operational contexts.
