• Facilitate team scrum ceremonies such as the daily inspect and adapt meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to help them collaborate and ensure project success.
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile practices, helping them to understand that their empowerment, why they are empowered to manage their workload effectively and meet work deadlines.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Development as well as the other Scrum Master to optimize incremental project delivery and workload management, to ensure that the company’s productivity and morale are maintained.
• Drive strategic alignment by aligning development efforts with joint business and product objectives, ensuring projects contribute to the organization’s growth and success in an incremental and tactile manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in both, agile methodologies and the scrum framework, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the team’s scrum skills and scalability
