Description:
We’re seeking a Scrum Master to join our agile team developing products for the financial industry.
You’ll guide and facilitate the team in adopting Scrum, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years of Scrum Master experience with a strong software development background
- Expert-level knowledge of Scrum frameworks, artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories), and agile ceremonies
- Proficient in other Agile methodologies (e.g., Crystal, XP)
- Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, and senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- In-depth understanding of system integration in complex technological environments
- Solid foundation in business analysis principles and methodologies
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with a proven track record in building consensus
- Experience using project management tools for tracking, monitoring, and reporting
- Proven success in managing external contractors and delivering results

Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timelines
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure team alignment on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating servant leadership, continuous improvement, and team empowerment
- Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments
- Implement Agile practices and coach team members
- Lead solution development to achieve business objectives
- Manage product backlog in collaboration with product owners
- Elicit, document, and refine business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Collaborate on test planning to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project, security, and cybersecurity risks
