Your tasks:
- Apply SAFe principles by moderate, empower, lead and coach an international agile team
- Facilitate agile ceremonies like iteration planning, dailies, team synch, retrospective
- Build up a high performance team
- Coach the team to improve constantly and to optimize the flow
- Support DevOps for continuous delivery
- Coordinate with other stream aligned teams in the ART
- Use the principles of “servant leadership” to support the team
- Support the organization development on its lean-agile transformation journey
- Establish metric-based visual management of the team
Your profile:
- Passionate agile coach
- Deep understanding of agile values, principles and practices
- Several years of experience as agile coach, ideally scaled agile scrum master
- Scrum master certification is welcome, but experience matters more
- Experience in lean-agile transformations
- Deep understanding of social mechanisms and their interactions in scaled teams
- Strong communicator in a global multi-cultural team and with external suppliers
- Excitement for being part of something new, building a new organization
- Readiness to accept challenges and push the limits
- Experience in embedded software engineering, ideally in the automotive domain throughout all process steps in the V-model
- Experience in AUTOSAR, ideally Vector stack & function and software development (model-based & hand code)
- Passion for state-of-the art software engineering practices such as CI/CD, TDD, Everything-as-Code, DevOps
