DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. 2-3 years experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager.
2. Technical background or experience will be a plus.
3. Location Gdańsk or Gdynia.
4. Focus on communication, transparency and solving obstacles.
5. Knowledge/experience of other methodologies/processes than Scrum will be a plus.
