Responsibilities:
As a member of the Harvey Norman Information Technology team based onsite in Homebush West, you will support and mentor established Agile delivery teams, driving the development of new features to our eCommerce application. You will play an integral role in the Digital Delivery team, dedicated to providing scalable, high-performing, and innovative eCommerce platforms for one of Australia’s largest retailers.
Responsibilities include;
- Selecting and implementing Agile practices to mature existing Scrum teams into high-performing, self-organising and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitating key Scrum ceremonies i.e. The Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Grooming.
- Assisting the teams with making appropriate commitments via planning and estimation techniques.
- Identifying and removing impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver.
- Measuring and communicating progress of our project deliverables to stakeholders using relevant Scrum artefacts.
- Coordinating release planning and other collaborative forums across multiple teams.
