Description:

If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of Scrum master experience for software development teams
  • Experience working in an agile environment using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) or other scaled agile model (if no experience, then a certification for one of the scaled agile frameworks)
  • Outstanding writing, documentation creation, and communication skills
  • Experience leading distributed/virtual teams
  • Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
  • Experience with Jira or similar tool agile tools
  • Growth mindset, learning mindset, strategic thinking
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Any SAFe certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) a plus
    This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $73.82/hour - $79.14/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Focus for this role is to help develop critical Agility documentation around framework/controls/procedures utilizing Agility experience, education and skillset
  • Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
  • Work as part of the AgilePMO/LACE team to create training materials for Agilists
