Are you a Scrum Master with a positive mindset, capable of motivating and encouraging four agile teams? Do you get your energy from further developing the agile mindset within an IT department? Then you are the person we are looking for!
As a Scrum Master, you are the driving force behind the agile mindset within the IT department. Good IT products are created at the Scrum table. Thanks to your contribution, the IT teams collaborate excellently with the ultimate goal of establishing self-organizing teams that deliver value to the business.
Within our IT department, we have four teams who are responsible for the services provided by IT. All IT services are delivered from the Cloud within Loyens & Loeff. You create the conditions for the teams to perform optimally and stimulate continuous improvement. You actively contribute to the development of the Agile mindset within the organization. Depending on the activities of the teams, this focuses on the development and maintenance of applications and/or the infrastructure and its management. Additionally, you encourage multi-skilled working among team members and ensure that the various teams collaborate well with each other.
In summary, you facilitate, enthuse, guide, and coach multiple IT teams and improve the SCRUM methodology within the teams under your attention. In other words, a challenging role with a lot of variety!

• implementing, organizing, and guiding SCRUM events. You ensure the implementation of improvements in the subsequent sprints;
• identifying interpersonal frictions and conflicts within the team. With your enthusiasm, you ensure a good team focus on continuous improvement of performance in terms of quality, speed, and quantity. You guide the daily operations within the team and identify and analyze opportunities for improvement;
• you are responsible for the optimal use of the SCRUM framework and the application of Agile principles. You identify and resolve impediments. You step in content-wise if the teams request it to achieve the sprint goals;
• you help and coach employees and stakeholders in understanding and embracing SCRUM and product development. You initiate changes in the organization that increase the productivity of the teams.
