REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Must have the correct working permit

• Must be able to speak Fluent Czech and English
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience (Scrum Master)
• Proficient written and verbal English (C1)
• Genuine interest about people – needs and motivations
• Following principles not tools or framework
• Always puts why before how

Understand Product “Why” and “Value proposition” and align team about the same

• Orchestrate delivery of custom build apps – mobile app & partners portals
• Manage agile ceremonies and train best practices
• Improve team agile development capabilities and monitor progress
• Know individual team member motivations and help people to grow and to remove impediments
• Cooperate with Product Owner, UX designer and Rollout specialist colleagues
• Cooperate with QA and Release manage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand Product “Why” and “Value proposition” and align team about the same
