QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

We’re looking for a motivated individual with:

• A university degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or relevant working experience
• Scrum Master certifications
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams in agile processes and tools
• Understanding of technical and functional requirements
• Strong communication skills to convey technical subjects to various stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of programming (language not important)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Motivation to inspire others and share knowledge

Ideally, you’re eager to learn about new trends in the agile space and can succeed by promoting teamwork and agile practices.

YOUR TEAM AND ROLE

As a Scrum Master, you’ll join our Trading Platform team working with .NET and MS CRM. You’ll report to Frank Jensen, Product Development Manager, and play a crucial role in our global IT department, which is distributed between Denmark and Greece. Your mission will be to facilitate discussions, empower self-organization, and bridge gaps across different locations and cultures. Additionally, you will:

• Facilitate Scrum events, driving efficiency and focus while challenging priorities and estimates
• Assist with internal and external communication to improve clarity and engagement
• Support Product Owner refinement and engagement of the product backlog and vision
• Be an active member of our Scrum Community of Practice
