With this role, we welcome you to DD&IT – a community with more than 4,000 colleagues across the globe, all working to make a difference for millions of patients by creating the future for healthcare. Specifically, we are eager to welcome you to DD&IT PS LABS QC IT, where we are 15 colleagues based in Gentofte, who support daily IT operation and deliverables across the QC Laboratories and ASAT based in Gentofte, Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg. QC and ASAT. continuously work to support the production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analyses of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is of high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keep production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes.

As a Scrum Master, you are to be part of the DD&IT PS LABS QC IT team and facilitate the team for efficient delivery, stakeholder management and coaching. You should keep track of all IT deliverables in collaboration with the QC and ASAT departments to help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.

You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Help the agile team and key stakeholders manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews
• Help the agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Ensure that the agile team is equipped with the right knowledge, tools and training to reach the teams’ maximum potential
• Drive the Agile teams’, vendors’, and customers in the Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing
• Be a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and promote the Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk
