Our client is looking for a Scrum Master passionate about growing agile teams while solving complex technical challenges. This exciting opportunity is part of our Customer Analytics team, which works hand-in-hand with our technology partners to develop cutting-edge analytics and insights solutions. Together, we enable data accessibility, build dynamic dashboards, advise on BI tools, and ensure our customers have the best possible analytics capabilities.
As a Scrum Master, you will support three of our DevOps teams within the Analytics area, ensuring they can deliver technical solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations. You will be at the forefront of fostering growth, enabling agile practices, and solving complex problems.
You must have the right to work in Sweden without restrictions and ideally be based in Stockholm.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:

  • Several years working as a Scrum Master (5+)
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in supporting IT and DevOps teams.
  • A passion for agile methodologies and the ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to perform at their best.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering on time.
  • Swedish speaking
  • Fluent in English

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in similar work
  • Background as a project manager
  • Running large complex project with many stakeholders.
  • Experience in analytics and data-driven solutions is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and guide three agile development teams, working closely with Product Owners, Solution Designers, and Data Engineers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand development needs and team competencies, ensuring the right size and skillset are in place.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire the team, helping them grow as engineers and stay motivated to tackle complex technical problems.
  • Advocate for and implement modern agile software development practices, ensuring the delivery of robust and sustainable solutions.
  • Support the Developer Experience by removing impediments, enabling the team to self-organize, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth and efficient team workflows.
  • Prevent scope creep in sprints, track scope changes, and ensure proper alignment with IT Managers before development starts.
  • Execute regular Team Health Checks, promote collaboration across teams, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Track team value creation and monitor sprint burn rates, working closely with the Product Owner to deliver maximum value each sprint.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Scrum Ways of Working (WoW): Ensure adherence to Scrum values and practices.
  • Sprint Planning: Adapt plans to team size, ensuring room for unplanned activities.
  • Product Owner Support: Assist with backlog refinement, backlog planning, and resource requests.
  • DevSecOps Collaboration: Foster a strong relationship between the Product Owner and the DevSecOps team to enable seamless collaboration.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work with System Manager for operational tasks and alignment.
