ABOUT THE TEAM

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Our team is looking for a Scrum Master who can help our Data Office reach new heights! If you have a deep understanding of Scrum, practical experience, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve great results, I would love to connect with you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively coordinate and lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that teams adhere to Agile principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative, productive team environment.
• Experience working with distributed teams, with the ability to manage and synchronize efforts across multiple locations.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is a plus.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that each session is productive and contributes to team goals.
• Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, helping remove impediments and roadblocks to enable the team to deliver high-quality work.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure that the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized, aligning with the overall project goals.
• Monitor team progress and performance, using metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous development.
• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
