Oral and written proficiency in English required

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

• Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following:
• More than 5 years in the IT industry, with the last 3 years working as Business Analyst;
• Experience with project tracking and reporting tools;
• Strong communication skills;and,
• Experience with ADO and reporting tools will be a plus.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

• This role will have the challenge of supporting the tactical management of the Gen AI program and process improvements opportunities. Two of the main tasks will be project follow-up and reporting tasks
