Description:
For our digital solutions department within Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH, we are looking for a Scrum Master (x|f|m) at the Goettingen site. In this position, you will support and coach the interdisciplinary software development teams in procedures and methods of agile software development and contribute to promoting a culture of continuous learning as well as continuous improvement and create the future with us. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely. - Your main task is to support and coach our teams in agile approaches and methods
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Scrum process and agile procedures and methods
- You remove obstacles for the development teams and actively contribute to achieving the teams’ goals
- Through your work, you promote self-organisation within the development teams
- You also ensure that all Scrum events are positive and productive and that the time frame is adhered to
- You will identify opportunities for improvement and drive change to ensure the productivity of the development teams
- In your central role as Scrum Master, you will act as a liaison between the development teams and the Product Owners
- You will work closely with other Scrum Masters in the software organisation to share knowledge and ideas
- You will act as an ambassador for the new culture and way of working
What will convince us
- You have a degree in computer science and professional experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
- You have a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM 1)
- You are familiar with agile software development methods
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework is desirable
- Know-how of other agile approaches is also welcome: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- You are describe yourself as a strong problem and conflict solver, able to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Proven experience in project management, ideally supplemented by a corresponding certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- First experience in software development is desirable
- Proactive communication skills and a customer-focused outlook are your hallmarks
- Your profile is rounded off by business fluent German and English skills
