As a SDET Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the quality of the products we create and developing test automation solutions.
You will lead or be one of the key responsible for testing activities in your team, while at the same time learning from them and developing yourself as a world class SDET Manager.
We also expect that you pass your knowledge and help to all other members on the development team.

Tasks and responsibility

  • Developing test automation scripts
  • Manual validation of features when needed
  • Focus on architecting test automation solutions
  • Supporting test strategies
  • Performing test planning
  • Writing test reports for individual features when needed
  • Being an active member of the development team
  • Communicate your findings and bug reporting
  • Support all members of the team with their testing needs
  • Communicate with customers daily
  • Support UATs

Qualifications

  • You come from a relevant education in IT and software development.
  • You are curious and willing to learn
  • You are thorough, professional, and quality-minded
  • You have +8 years of experience as a QA/SDET/Technical QA
  • You have relevant management experience
  • You can code in one of the following languages: Typescript/Javascript/Python/Ruby
  • Experience with one of the following platforms: Azure/AWS
  • Experience with one of the following CI/CD softwares: Jenkins/Github actions
  • Proficient in Git
  • Experience working in agile setups, preferably using Scrum
  • Experience creating test strategies and test plans
  • Experience creating test automation frameworks
  • Experiencing leading a team or mentoring other team members
