REQUIREMENTS

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role
  • Have worked at a high growth tech company that sells into mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Highly fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices
  • Have experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans and segmenting the team
  • Use data and analytics to drive your decision-making process, identify areas for improvement, and track progress
  • Are great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to high performance
  • Desired – proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach and Hubspot and strong understanding of tech solutions for outbound sales
  • Fluency in English required (proficiency in additional European Union languages is highly valued)
