Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an SDR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting the Sales Development Team (SDR Team) at DeepL. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for sales operations and process improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of SDR processes, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine processes that streamline SDR workflows, including lead generation, qualification, and handoff to sales teams.
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and manage SDR-related data in CRM systems and other tools. Analyze data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Sales Tools Administration: Oversee the configuration and usage of sales tools and technologies, ensuring that the SDR team has the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting structures and dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team.
- Training & Enablement: Support the onboarding and ongoing training of SDRs by providing insights, best practices, and resources. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on goals, processes, and campaigns. Act as a liaison between SDRs and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and handoffs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor lead quality and pipeline health, implementing measures to ensure leads are accurately qualified and meet established criteria.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in SDR processes and systems, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
