GBN Logistics is a well established business based in Harwich.
GBN Logistics Run a Domestic Haulage service along with a Freight forwarding Division
Our Freight forwarding Division is looking to recruit an Experianced Sea Freight Operations Clerk, with Customs Clearance experience on a permanent basis, to work and grow within this department.
The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience within the Sea Freight Division / Customs Clearance

The individual must demonstrate:

• Computer literacy
• Organizational skills
• Work under pressure
• Hard working
• Willing to learn and grow
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Customs Clearance experience
• At least 2 years experience within the Industry
• Good time keeping
• Positive attitude

The Successful candidate, will have daily duties consisting of:
- Quoting Clients
- Booking jobs via inhouse Computer software
- Liaising with customers, agents and suppliers
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Preparing Documents ( EG, Bill of Lading, Collection and Delivery Notes, Customs Paperwork)
- Customs clearance
- Invoicing

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
