Are you ready to rock the future with us?We are looking for a Sea Freight Pricing & Tender Manager (m/f/d) for our Region East Europe to develop our pricing & tender process and lead tender & pricing activities across our Sea freight operations. Join us in shaping the future of Sea freight logistics in this key region.About the jobParticipating in the Tender Assessment Board together with the Regional Sea freight LeadInitiate and lead S freight tender management & pricing related projectsProvide prices for sales quotesManage input to quotation/ rate/ pricing systems & complianceEnhance resp. support enhancement of tools to increase productivityCooperate with Sales to align product and sales strategies and develop adequate sales targetsAssess tender opportunities (e.g. against product strategy constraints) and support Sea freight Lead in taking the final decision on participationDrive analytics of hit ratesIdentify IT-improvement/Digital solutions need in product-related technologies and systemsAbout youProven experience in tender & pricing management within the Sea freight industryExpertise in implementing process improvements and leading initiatives in Sea freight operationsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating with regional and global teamsFluent in English; proficiency in any other regional languages is a plusWillingness to travel across the region East EuropeStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and project management skillsAbout our specialsA long-term employment relationship in a highly collegial and personal environmentOver 150 years of Hellmann Family tradition, in line with our promise: “For the better.
