YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Relations, or similar
- 2 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Previous experience with customer care
- Development of sea logistics import processes
- Advanced English required
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
Satisfy customer needs through coordination, monitoring and complete tracking of shipments. Being careful of transit times, quality of service as well as the communication established between K+N and the client from the beginning of the relationship. Assume internal responsibilities required by Adidas within their internal process and needs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and Monitoring of transport, local transport, deliveries, confirm estimated dates of departure, arrival, advance notice, notifications, etc.
- Monitoring of the delivery and nationalization process to clients at destination (customs).
- Maintain fluid communication with Adidas, as well as with the Operations departments.
- Preparation of reports according to Adidas needs.
- Identify first-hand areas of business opportunity or improvements.
- Ensure that the SOP/CHIP instructions are followed.
- Be the first filter and ensure that the quality of the information in KN system is correct, as well as that the respective status and images are entered according to the client’s CP.
- Receive first-hand the claims with their proper documentation from the client and pass them on to the Department.
- The person responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations and provisions within theirwork area. In case of emergencies, you must apply what is provided in the emergency manual and what you learned in evacuation drills.
- Comply with the environmental guidelines and programs that the company has in search of sustainable development.
- Assume internal responsibilities required by Adidas within their internal process and needs.
