Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will coordinate and manage FCL import activities within our sea logistics operations, from booking and data entry to final documentation. Working closely with our Customer Care team, you will ensure that all activities align with national regulations and sea transport protocols. Building strong relationships with key carriers and vendors is central to ensuring our customers experience efficient and profitable logistics operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and complete shipment details in our internal data system (e.g., Carrier/Vessel, Item description).
- Manage bookings with carriers and coordinate with haulers and customer care teams.
- Organize files for consolidated containers (Master / Single).
- Ensure shipping instructions align with country regulations, compliance standards, and rate and routing guidelines.
- Maximize profitability and report any operational disputes, issues, or discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Monitor carrier and vendor performance, addressing any service gaps to maintain service commitments.
- Collaborate with Customer Care on account implementations for smooth transitions from sales to operations.
- Support the Customer Care team in resolving client complaints promptly and professionally.
