For our office located in the vibrant heart of Rotterdam, we are looking for a an Operational Care Specialist Dry transports within Sea Logistics, you will arrange the export of dry goods for our customers. Through your efforts, the goods are picked up at the agreed location at the agreed time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Secondary vocational education or higher.
• Experience in a similar role or in Sea Logistics (Dry transports experience is considered a plus);
• Commercially minded and with good communication skills.Fluent in English.

YOUR ROLE

You will collaborate with your colleagues in overseeing the comprehensive organization of dry transports for our valued customers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining frequent contact with customers and take care of export shipments.
• Liaising with our carriers and subcontractors, as well as, with our internal stakeholders.
• Keeping track of shipments (both port-to-port and door-to-door).
• Ensure the timely delivery of the correct information and documents to the clients and your colleagues from other departments, as well as the correct invoicing.Commercial handling of orders, considering rates and nature of the orders.
