The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of SEO methodologies and ranking strategies and a passion for staying on top of trends. The candidate is data-driven, a clear communicator who can translate data into insight seamlessly, and who leads with an intent-led and user-first mentality. The person is self-motivated and feels comfortable prioritising multiple projects with multiple remote teams simultaneously. What you will do & ways of working: The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Creative Cloud web products and content strategies by identifying key opportunities based on keyword trends. This individual will champion new initiatives, effectively communicating opportunities and collaborating with product and regional teams to ensure seamless culturalization deployment. They will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring all projects align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable results. Working alongside a well-established SEO team and product managers, this role will be pivotal in orchestrating and handling project delivery, adhering to a quarterly cycle of execution and performance reporting. What you’ll do:
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new web and content strategies for Creative Cloud.
Collaborate with regional teams and data scientists to understand international opportunities and assess the global potential of new product innovations.
Create quarterly plans highlighting trends and using core business metrics like traffic opportunity and Monthly Active Users (MAU) to help product teams prioritize opportunities.
Work with product teams to prioritize a search-driven roadmap for the web product pipeline, ensuring alignment with launch dates.
Manage relationships with agencies and studio teams to ensure content is SEO-optimized for new feature pages, targeting primary keywords.
Coordinate timelines with regional teams and collaborate with local SEO teams to develop culturalization plans for each launch.
Partner with the data science team to forecast the impact of each product launch and communicate how it supports overall SEO objectives.
Provide updates to the broader business on the performance of each product launch in search and its value to Adobe.
Support the team in weekly and quarterly monitoring, reporting, and communication of SEO health, offering meaningful insights based on performance and search trends. Key requirements:
English spoken language, Spanish is a benefit
5+ years SEO experience managing and delivering SEO projects to the highest standards
A thirst for organization, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.
Great interpersonal and presentation skills
Solid understanding of SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various third-party SEO solutions
Comfortable using Adobe and SEO analytics tools to answer data-related questions in support of both performance reporting and hypothesis definition.
Experience in providing keyword research, forecasts, and performance reports around core SEO metrics, including keyword ranking and traffic.
Specialist understanding of online marketing and web analytics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,700 – $183,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
