QUALIFICATION:

-2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in a marketing or media agency environment.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings across multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus.
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other related certifications are preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Join NC Global Media as an SEO Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in boosting our online visibility and driving organic traffic. As part of our team, you’ll develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives, collaborate with the content and marketing teams, and ensure that best practices are met to dominate the competitive cryptocurrency landscape. Your expertise will be key in shaping our digital strategy, optimizing website performance, and staying ahead of industry trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Master all aspects of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and ranking factors to avoid blacklisting.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic via organic search.
  • SEM experience, managing PPC campaigns across Google and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO, SMO, and implement link-building strategies.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
  • Conduct technical analysis and audits of the website, with proficiency in Google Webmaster and Analytics.
  • Formulate and execute detailed SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Perform thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and others, delivering insights to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their SEO skills and knowledge.
