WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• We’re looking for flexibility—weekends, late nights, and public holidays are a must! You’ll need full availability in December and January to help us tackle the holiday rush!
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service roles and/or a genuine passion for connecting with people
• Strong communication skills, someone who can engage confidently with customers
• Passionate about sports or fashion, has a genuine love for the JD Brand
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work as a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Enthusiastic to learn new skills

• Deliver friendly, fast & efficient service to every customer.
• Be a true JD ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, trends, in-store promotions and processes.
• Sell our products and work as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
