Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).

JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Support Center - Seasonal Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical support while providing outstanding customer service to our employees by answering phones, logging calls and emails into ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating when necessary, as well as other duties as assigned by the IT Team. Our agents are responsible for following all policies pertaining to information security. The Seasonal coordinator is responsible for learning and applying new technologies as necessary, as well as constant interaction with other departments and IT Support Center Leadership.
Three and five month positions are available for this role.

  • High level analysis and documentation abilities
  • At least 1 year of computer related experience
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
  • At least 1-year of computer-related experience (required)
    The expected Total Compensation for this role is $20.00 - $25.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
