WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Our Seasonal Duty Manager role requires flexibility to cover different shifts and tasks. While it’s an advantage, it’s not essential for our duty managers to have prior face-to-face customer service experience. However, experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly in managing and delivering a quality service, would be advantageous.
Desirable qualifications include Food Safety Level 2 and APLH Level 2, but these are not essential. Essential requirements include experience in managing varying pressures, including significant peaks in workload demands, and team management.
Good communication skills and basic IT proficiency are advantageous, and excellent time management is essential in our dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Support: Directing and supporting team members working in all areas of the hostel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
