REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Culinary certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Required to participate in training
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, equipment procedures and standards.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
- Maintain and strictly abide by Foodsafe regulations and Club requirements.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Club policies and procedures.
- Meet with Pastry Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
- Complete opening duties according to department standards.
- Breakdown work station and complete closing duties according to department standards.
- Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow employees.
- Perform all other duties as required.
