REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Culinary certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
• Must have a flexible work schedule
• Required to participate in training

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, equipment procedures and standards.
• Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
• Maintain and strictly abide by Foodsafe regulations and Club requirements.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Club policies and procedures.
• Meet with Pastry Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
• Complete opening duties according to department standards.
• Breakdown work station and complete closing duties according to department standards.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow employees.
• Perform all other duties as required.
