THE BREAKDOWN:

Starting October/November we are currently looking for two Product Service Coordinators until April/ May.
The Product Service Coordinators inspects products returned for product service consideration for all Burton and Anon products, determines claim settlements, and sees to it that all claims are handled in compliance with Burton Snowboards’ policy and guidelines. He/She/They may be assigned as a point person for specific areas such as key accounts, product groups, customer service, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product claims in cooperation with dealer and customer service
  • Manage product claims with direct customer contact by telephone and/or in writing
  • Warehouse organization and assisting with product repairs
  • Responsible for spare part orders from order acceptance to dispatch
  • Packaging and shipping of products and spare parts
  • Responding to specific inquiries by end user and providing them with a professional and high quality customer service
  • Assist in shop product claims
  • Organizing a European repair network of specialists in every field
