Description:
Seasonal Sales Assistant – Toys R Us – WHSmith – Chippenham
Join us this festive season at WHSmith and Toys R Us as we bring joy to children and families during the most magical time of the year! Our team is passionate about toys and delivering memorable experiences for everyone who visits our store.
Contract Type – Fixed Term November 2024 until 2 January 2024
Contracted Hours – 6 hours per week (Additional flexibility would be beneficial as extra hours may become available).
Sales Assistant working hours will be offered between:
- Saturday: 8am and 8pm
- Sunday: 10am and 5pm
Pay:
- 16-18 years old £6.43
- 18 - 20 £8.65
- 21+ £11.50
This may only be the start of the journey as we may have permanent opportunities in the future!

- Providing exceptional customer service to all shoppers during the busy holiday period.
- Assisting customers by offering product advice and demonstrating toy features and benefits.
- Creating a fun and engaging shopping environment, packed with holiday spirit.
- Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are tidy, festive, and inviting.
- Helping maintain high standards of visual merchandising to make it easy for customers to find what they need.
- Supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth store operations during peak times.
