POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods within TGI Direct’s warehouse. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some vocational or technical training in printing, machine assembly, or a related field is a plus.
  • Technical: Basic computer skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and cross-train on operating various machines within the production line.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform finishing functions, such as counting, pick ticket quantities, hand apply, bag, kit pack, box, shrink wrap, operate material handling equipment, and move product.
  • Follow pack instructions according to customer specifications and prepare for shipping..
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and safe team member-ready area.
  • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
