Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be highly technical, with expertise in the smaller reporting arena and strong knowledge of the following:
Convertible debt including the treatment of BCFs, derivatives, relative FV allocation
Complex equity transactions including the valuation of options and warrants
Acquisition accounting ASC 805 / purchase price accounting
Lease accounting ASC 842
Revenue recognition ASC 606
US GAAP and SEC regulations
