Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) secondary school.
The school supports students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), so experience with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SEND pupils and be comfortable providing 1:1 support.
During its most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was rated ‘Good,’ with inspectors highlighting the safe, happy, and supportive environment that actively supports student development.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.
