Description:
On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Senior SecOps Engineer to continue to revolutionize the automotive industry.
Our client, a global mobility technology company, partners with OEMs to transform the automotive industry as it transitions to an all-electric future. While OEMs develop new vehicle platforms from the ground up, our client creates a comprehensive solution encompassing a central computer, System-on-a-Chip (SoCs), and software to continually enhance the in-car user experience. Their products, already integrated into over 5 million vehicles worldwide, are rapidly advancing smart mobility technology, shaping the future of human-vehicle interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in cyber security or information security roles in Europe, with a strong understanding of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Proven experience in network and system security monitoring, detection, and incident response, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in both English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior SecOps Engineer - Cyber Security Specialist, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the organization’s information systems and data from cyber threats. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, mitigate, and respond to security incidents effectively. You will lead our efforts in enhancing defense protocols, ensuring compliance with security standards, and implementing robust security measures across all technology platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuous Monitoring and Response: Monitor network and system performance to maintain security integrity. Detect, investigate, and address potential security threats promptly.
Assessment and Enhancement: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses. Recommend and implement effective security enhancements based on assessment findings.
Incident Response Planning: Develop, maintain, and update incident response plans and recovery procedures to ensure readiness and resilience in the face of cyber attacks.
Policy and Compliance: Create and enforce security policies to protect the organization’s digital assets. Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001 and other relevant regulations.
Training and Awareness: Design and implement tailored security training and awareness programs for all organizational levels to foster a security-aware culture.
Technology Integration: Research and integrate new security technologies and controls to strengthen our security framework and stay ahead of emerging threats.
