JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
· High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
· Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents as required.
· Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
· Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and overseeing office maintenance.
· Take and distribute meeting minutes accurately and in a timely manner.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
