Description:

We are urgently looking for Secretary cum Administrator to join our company in Sharjah.
Visa Status Required: Cancelled /Visit Visa, UAE Spouse/Husband Visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails, forwarding them to the correct department or individual.
  • Maintain communication with clients, on behalf of the boss .
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both virtual and in-person, as well as conferences and lunch & learn sessions for the boss.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the boss, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process project invoices and payment applications, collaborating with project managers and architects.
  • Handle export-related tasks, including creating shipping documents and accessing the Chamber of Commerce website for attested documents.
  • Manage project files and liaise with project managers on related tasks.
  • Handle applicator certificates and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management or the team as needed.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in similar position.
