We are seeking a dedicated and professional Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Secretary or Receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is required

  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
