DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1-year Entertainment industry experience
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in SAP, EiSS, Access, Business Objects Reporting
Knowledge of Disney resources and Disney Live Entertainment functional teams
Knowledge of Entertainment Operations disciplines and responsibilities
Current or former D Learn Administrator role
Experience in facilitation or training delivery with an understanding of adult learning theory
Appreciation for emerging technology in communication and project management

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

This is an hourly role that provides administrative and logistical support for the Disney Live Entertainment Integrated Strategies & Communications Team. Responsibilities include assisting with special projects, managing calendars, administering expenses, creating and maintaining files, taking notes, proofing, producing professional documents and presentations, purchasing, managing technical elements of video conferencing and presentations, recommending process improvements based on research, arranging travel, supporting a reception operation, faxing, and interacting professionally within all levels of the Walt Disney Company and external contacts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications to be considered)
Minimum 1-year administrative experience
Proven knowledge and expertise in SAP applications (including Casual Buyer) and Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, and Teams with an emphasis on advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
Technical aptitude to become proficient in new software applications
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, collaboration, partnering, and networking skills
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills; strong proofreading skills
Proven strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through
Demonstrated strong problem solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reprioritize when needed
Proven ability to maintain confidential information
Demonstrated ability to work well within the Disney culture and the Five Keys expectations
Proven basic project management and event planning coordination skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
