Minimum Requirements:

• Hold a current or be willing to obtain an entry level/DHS Suitability clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in IT or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Section 508 engineer.
• Trusted Tester certificatio

Preferred Requirements:

• A11Y and/or WCAG experienc

• Perform various methods of manual testing on eLearning courses and training-related deliverables and reports.
• Perform compatibility testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing.
• Perform compliance testing (including SCORM and Section 508) on client’s LMS.
• Document and report errors. Work with team members on identifying and correcting accessibility issues, and verify the resolution of the issues.
• Work with a team of engineers, emphasizing accessibility best practices and seamlessly integrating them into the engineering workflow.
• Showcase strong front-end skills, and apply an understanding of common programming languages to ensure the development of highly accessible products.
• Develop tools crafted to elevate the accessibility of digital products.
• Manage working on multiple projects at the same time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive solutions that are within sphere of influence.
• Match product to specifications.
• Provide consultation on accessibility policies and ensure compliance with all mandatory government accessibility standards.
