Our Balfour Beatty Highways business has a terrific opportunity for a Section Engineer to support the Design Engineering team in delivering projects related to our RIP M25 J10 A3 Wisley improvement scheme.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carry out complex setting out
  • Coaches subordinates in the use of setting out techniques
  • Actively uses the Specification as a reference document
  • Identifies, raises, and actions Non-Conformance Reports
  • Identifies and raises Technical Queries with possible solutions
  • Produces Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Produces a weekly programme and measures progress against KPI’s
